Local shipping fee ranges from 160-300 (standard packaging fee included) or higher depending on the buyer's location and it will be collected once the items arrived at our PH address.

For a better transaction between us, please do read the following.

1. PRE ORDER AND ETA (ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL)
The items are authentic from Korea. Most of the items are for pre order unless stated on hand. Pre order items under normal eta usually take 1-2months, if no major delays. This is the normal shipping process and it is beyond our control.

2. ORDER FORM
Please fill out the order form properly and honestly. Once you fill out the form, you can no longer cancel your order/s unless we failed to secure your order/s.

3. BOGUS BUYERS
Bogus buyer/joy reserver will be posted in our social media platforms.

4. DEADLINE OF PAYMENT
Pay your order on or before the said DOP. Cancellation is not allowed. If you decided to cancel your order, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total orders is required. Failure to pay will result in posting you as a bogus buyer.

5. LATE PAYMENT FEE
Late payment fee is required if you failed to settle your payments within the said deadline. I am lenient with DOP so let me know if you need more time.

6. LEGITIMACY
For proof of the legitimacy of the shop, Kindly go to our Twitter in our pinned tweet (@yskmerchph) for past transactions.

7. PAYMENT FIRST BASIS unless otherwise stated.

8. MODE OF PAYMENT: GCASH & BPI.
When paying via gcash, please use EXPRESS SEND only and avoid using send with clips. Also, if you opt to pay via gcash partners (eg. 7/11 kiosk, palawan to gcash etc.) you will have to pay additional 2% for the service fee.

9. MODE OF DELIVERY: LBC & ABEST. I CAN ALLOW SHOPEE CHECKOUT BUT PLEASE CHECKOUT AT YOUR OWN RISK. ADDITIONAL FEES WILL APPLY FOR SHOPEE CHECKOUT.
Standard packaging fee of 10 pesos will be included in your total lsf. Additional packing materials will not be included.

10. SHIPPING PROCESS AND REFUND
Shipping process is beyond our control. Thus, we will not be held liable for any damage, delays or lost parcel that happened during transit. In addition, any damage or defects caused by the manufacturer or factory is also beyond our control.
Refund and return request will only be accepted if your order is out of stock or we accidentally shipped wrong items to you.
A clear and unedited unboxing video is required for any further claims. Any skips, cuts or edits on the video will not be accepted.
