The purpose of the job specification is to help potential candidates analyse whether are eligible for a particular job vacancy or not. It also helps the recruiting team understand the level of qualifications, qualities and characteristics needed from the candidate to make them eligible for the job opening. It helps them to select the most appropriate candidate for the job. Finally it gives detailed information about the job including the responsibilities, technical and physical skills needed, conversational ability and more. Advantages include that the right person is picked to do the job as they match the person specification which is required for the job. However making the specification can be very time consuming which is a huge disadvantage. <br><br></div>]]></description>
