For example a fear of mine is not completing my project, or not having a project that will come to fruition. Fears may also include things like being uncomfortable with public speaking. It allows those to be addressed throughout a course. You can still have your goals even when members add their hopes... A hope could be to get to know other people with similar issues... and so forth. Don't get me wrong... they are extremely important and helpful. But it is an antiquated form of innovation and problem solving.
