It's a more ethical option than what the food industry does right now as long as it can be sustained and mass-produced. it has the potential to be the future of meat production as long as there is no serious defects or differences with modifying the genetics of the meat. We think cultivated mear is a good idea. It will reduce climate change, diseases, and animal cruelty. There may be some economic problems and social obstacles. We also need to continue to have transparency in the facilities cultivating and distributing the meat.

Ash thinks that the product is fine, but can cause larger problems such as job loss in the agricultural industry. It shouldn't be a full change to only cultivated meat, and should be more half and half to make it easier to use all of the animal and sell it.

We didn't see any downsides presented in the video. We think that lab-grown meat as an idea is a good thing. But we are worried about if it is practical or not. Because most of the time better tends to mean more money and if farms are too much deeper then we don't know if it will become widespread.
