1)Explain the activity- I was given an assignment to make a PowerPoint with information about me to present to my classmates.  I was given questions by both classmates and teacher, who I didn't know very well. 
2)What went well? - I was confident in presenting my PowerPoint to everyone and openly answer questions that were given to me. 
3)What could I improve? - I would've improved my work by adding more information for people to know about me.

Evidence Two - Enrolment 
1)Explain the activity - When I applied for Honeywell, I was asked to come in and talk about why I was interested in Public Services, what my GCSE results were and asking necessary questions if they were on my mind. I spoke to Laura about all of this and it went smoothly. 
2)What went well? - All of it, after speaking to Laura I was at ease and wasn't stressed about starting college or my course.  
3)What could I improve? - I wouldn't change anything about this encounter, it was a comfortable and easy conversation.

Evidence Three- Communication I have done. 
1)Explain the activity - I had to call someone about my National Insurance Number as I had lost the original, I needed a new letter so I could apply for jobs and my bank.
2)What went well? - The call went quite easy and didn't take long to solve. The guy was understanding and patient.
