Santa Clarita is a modern-day Levittown. From our financial status to our personal preferences to the aesthetics of the town, we are very similar to Levittown. We're relatively wealthy, focused on appearances, technology-forward, neat, and efficient. We also mostly conform to each other, based on the trends at the time.

Likewise, residents of Santa Clarita pay attention to what they wear and others wear, always wanting to stay on top of trends in fashion and style, no matter how costly--we can afford it. We may look similar to each other, just as citizens of Levittown do, but that is because we like to conform to each other so that we don't stand out in a negative way. Another consumer item for our convenience are cameras, which we use to capture memories in a picture. We no longer worry simply about the comfort of the home. We are also thoroughly invested in how welcoming our buildings are. We plant trees, shrubs, and flowers to decorate the extra space that we have on our land. My Santa Clarita home uses one big room as a living room and a kitchen. The sofas make it family-oriented, and the big television makes it TV-oriented. The street that I live on is characterized by rocks and stones. This allows us to easily identify the area. We also have streets that are rounded and curved gently--cul-de-sacs--like Levittown, for further esthetic effect and to slow down the traffic--because we're efficient.
Most houses in Levittown and Santa Clarita are also designed very similarly on the exterior and the interior.
