Dear manager,
I am writing this letter in order to complain about the issue that I recently faced. I bought a large washing machine from your website on the 1st May 2021.

First, on that day, I bought a large LG washing machine with a dryer which was £700. When I saw it, I immediately loved it because the machine had a dryer, the brand was big and well known and also the price was reasonable.

Secondly, the delivery was taking too long, it took three weeks, when it should have came in 5 working days. In addition, you did not explain to me why it took so long. Another matter is that the capacity of the machine was too small as I bought 9kg capacity machine and when it came, it was only 7kg. Furthermore, it should have been a silent machine, while it is processing. On the other hand this machine is the complete opposite and it is too loud.

Finally, I am not happy with my order. Therefore, I would like a replacement machine, which matches the machine that I bought on your website. Also I already waited for this machine  for quite too long so I expect that this will not take too much time. I hope you will consider this matter and you will also resolve this issue.  I an going to write about my career, and future plan. 
I would like to work with children at primary school because I like young children. I have five children otherwise I know how can I reacted with them. I also have patience, friendly personality and reliable person. However, I did vulenteery job 3 years ago at Birchfield nursery but I did not do any paid job in my life . So, I am extremely passionate to do working with children. 
 Now I would like to do courses for my future career moreover, I am doing english level one and childcare level two. I have childcare level one certificate  maths level 2 and esol certificate. So, after childcare level two, then I will do level three. In addition after get the childcare level 3 qualification then I will  able to apply for the teacher assistant job. If I find any primary school job in Birmingham then I will be most interested to join with them.

I am writing this email regarding of complaint the sports event. 

Last week 25th of May Saturday me and my friend went sports event and I was unhappy for the event. So, there was so unorganised,  expensive food and tickets. 
I would like to say the food was £10 a plate it was 
expensive also,cold .Then I asked a staff for the   food was cold and he rude with me. That is not expectable. The ticket was £20 person and the sports event  did not started on time. I went another sport event at star city and it was well organised. which is food  and tickets were ression able price.
