- There is improvement since last time 
- Shifting perceptions is also already evident
- The clear growth is obvious so shifting the program and changing and evolving has really been beneficial from one year to the next.
Qualitatively what would that look like?
- Driven by students not just leaders where they come for support. See the urgency of coming forth and doing it on time on their own. 
- As value goes up, Submission and approvals will be higher because of the feedback cycle.
- As value increases, skill level will be obvious in younger grades too and they would be submitting quality posts.
- As value goes up resilience will be higher in post submission and approval process - students not easily discouraged.

- Do we need to get rid of the concept of it being a burden? 
- The value is not the award, it’s the conversation.
- Numbers of completed posts and awarded will reflect a more authentic engagement and thus value is seen. 
- Potentially asking students to give evidence of how their thinking has changed, metacognition has been used and global understanding has developed, (areas we consider to be of value) would be good. 
- Y12/13 posts where is it not ‘compulsory’ would be a good measure of value.

- Promoting the website through NIST News or Student Notices
- Holding parent sessions more often or getting parents more involved --> recognise students of NIST News so parents are aware of it
- Bringing the concept of global citizens to middle schoolers? or getting introduced to the GCD early Year 10
- Emphasis the benefits of having the GCC/GCD/GCDD when applying to universities (a practical perspective)
