         <description><![CDATA[<div>Absolutely - I feel that gerrymandering has made stronger divisions (literally) and created more definitive lines between the two parties of our government.  I understand that lines are to be drawn (as they should be) to account for appropriate boundaries, receiving of funds, and also property taxes.  However, from a voting standpoint, these lines should be determined by outside organizations - who won't have bias or subjectivity.</div>]]></description>
