My gut reaction is they send the darker brother or people to the worse part of America
It tells us that the darker skinned people were being put like in the dark and not given a fair chance to do anything.

my gut reaction when seeing this was that he’s probably talking about gunshots at dawn

What does it tell me about race:
it tells me that i would say usually amongst the black community there’s a lot of gun/gang violence which can lead to fireworks or gunshots at dawn

What does it tell me about how people in America experience racism?:
People in america could experience racism
from this because like because of how much fun/gang violence there is, it can become a stereotype amongst black people that all black people are involved in gang/gun violence which could lead to a lot of bad encounters in the future
