         <description><![CDATA[<p>Empezó a construirse hacia el año&nbsp;1194&nbsp;y fue fechado en 1222.&nbsp;</p><p>Es el más antiguo de los que se mantienen en pie. Su origen es medieval, mencionándose ya en el siglo XII. En sus primeros años se denominó Puente Nuevo, en contraposición al llamado entonces Puente Viejo, cuyos restos todavía podemos ver aguas abajo, aunque se arruinó ya en el siglo XIV y posteriormente parte de sus elementos fueron reutilizados en la construcción y reparación de las aceñas de la ciudad.&nbsp;</p><p>Durante largo tiempo constituyó el único acceso a Zamora desde la margen izquierda del río, lo que permitió a Pedro I establecer el cobro del pontazgo, impuesto que recaía sobre quienes empleaban el puente para entrar en la ciudad y que se mantendría hasta el siglo XIX.&nbsp;</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong><mark>Ingrédients</mark></strong></p><p>· 250 g de farine</p><p>· 2 œufs</p><p>· 50 g de sucre</p><p>· 50 g de beurre</p><p>· Ssel</p><p>· Sucre glace</p><p>· Huile</p><p><br/></p><p><strong><mark>Préparation</mark></strong></p><p>1. Mélanger la farine, le sucre et le sel dans un bol.</p><p>2. Ajouter les œufs et le beurre fondu, puis pétrir jusqu’à obtenir une pâte lisse.</p><p>3. Laisser reposer la pâte 30 minutes.</p><p>4. Étaler la pâte très finement et couper des bandes ou des formes irrégulières.</p><p>5. Faire frire les morceaux dans l’huile chaude jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient dorés.</p><p>6. Los danzantes realizan venías a la figura del Niño Jesús con castañuelas y sin darle la espalda lo acompañan.</p><p><br/></p><p>Los alumnos de música bailan una danza rumana tradicional llamada “ Joc Aroman” en estructura de “ Horo”.
