This is a non-representational artwork because it is comprised of abstract shapes and shades of colour. It suggests a fantasy that exists purely within the domain of the work and you can't look at it from a conceptual point of view either. Because the concept square exists only in the human mind. It doesn't exist in nature.

SALVACION, GWYNNE MARIE D.
STEM 2D

You may read the title then look at the painting and think that you can see something, but the reality of this non-realistic painting is something that only the painter can know. I chose this painting mainly because he is widely known as a nonrepresentational artist and it showed up easily, but this painting itself screams its genre and power to challenge the viewers to think about what's the meaning of the painting, at the same time, spontaneously chaotic.

Cassanirah Lazim STEM 2D

"For me, my non-representational art explores the idea of transferring my thoughts into a physical, visual form. It's an impression of my consciousness." The artist quoted. This piece of an art does not illustrate anything from the real world making it a nonrepresentational art. What made me fell in love into this painting is how the artist manifest his inner thoughts out to this painting making the viewers skeptical of what it truly means. It may just be an art but I feel like there is more to it, feelings embedded in it.
FLORIG, ALTHEA C. STEM 2D

This artwork, fabricated by Constantin Majrowski in 2015, represents absolutely nothing and at the same time, everything. Thus, ensuring an artistry of non-representational art; art created to confuse, amuse, and inspire imagination on what the true meaning could be on another artist's perspective, on a passersby's perspective-on everybody's perspective. Entitled "The Fog", the color palette chosen was "nude-esque" and pale, with a contrast of bright colors. Brush strokes, visible within the canvas, conveys a struggle of understanding as well as a clear, yet concise, view of a world right beneath. It's divergence in distinction confuses most people, but the clarity of the artist's vision on what other people want to see, what other people want to portray on the piece, makes this creation far more interesting as it may seem. Chaotic, yet stunning, The Fog encapsulates a mist of wonder and enjoyment for everyone to try and discern.

INTONG, INA IRA S.
STEM 2D

The Knife Grinder by Kazimir Malevich has been around since the year 1912. From what I can tell, this artwork is indeed a non-representational art for these reasons. First is that the artwok or painting in simplest term is very subjective. It is "meaningless" in its viewer's perspective unless the artist himself provides a statement or intentions for the painting. Second is that the focus of the painting is on its intricate features or elements such as its use of vibrsnt colours, lines, unimaginable shapes, space and its texture.

-Pingol, Reinhart Jr. C.
Airplane Flying by Kazimir Malivech

Airplane flying is a Non-Representational Art of Malivech, because this artwork does not depict any physical entities or attributes( being, place or things) instead it just portrays essential elements in visual art(shapes, lines and colors). Above all the amazing and complicated paintings I've seen , this painting caught my attention because if its simplicity and neatness. Although it's simple but the feelings expressed by this painting is very interesting; this painting expresses the feeling of "sensation of flight, metallic sounds..." and other technological advances of the modern age.

Galarrita Luiz Rafael Ian A.
STEM 2D
