Another thing that would foster engagement is having participants co-host or facilitate certain discussions-even using names to ask questions of one another would add to levels of engagement.

Honestly, a benefit of facilitating virtually is that we can keep an actual notebook with little reminders about the details each participant shares with us. I used to do this with my online school students and it was a great help!
