Since we are already conducting RTO twice a week, I believe it would be beneficial for the company to provide transportation and meal allowances to employees. This support would help alleviate some of the financial burden they face, especially considering the current high inflation rates. With the cost of living rising rapidly, many employees are finding that their salaries are no longer sufficient to cover the basic expenses of supporting their families. By offering these allowances, we can ease some of their financial stress and help them focus on their work without worrying as much about daily commuting and meal costs.

Q18: Regarding the financial well being question, I think some people misinterpreted it as the salary or compensation ACN is paying us so gave it a low score cause they are not happy with their salary (which most of us do due to inflation). For me, this question is about Accenture helping us manage our financial well being to help us have financial stability and security. Which I think they do since we have ESPP and SPF, but having talks like how to budget or where to invest would be great.
