Today I learned that the Frontal lobe is at the front of our brain and its the biggest part in our brain. We use frontal lobe almost everyday. We use it to make decisions, such as what will we eat for breakfast on the morning or practicing and study a test. The frontal lobe is also where our personality is formed and where we can plan things.

Today I learned that the Parietal lobe is at the upper middle part of the brain. The parietal lobe carries out some specific functions. As a part of the brain , it have a lot of responsibilities and it have to be able to process sensory information within seconds. The parietal lobe is where our information, taste, temperature and touch are. Peoples would not be able to feel sensations of touch, if the parietal lobe was damaged.

I researched questions that I don't know about the brain and I found many information. I found that inside the brain have cells and tissues which make up mussels in our brain. I also learned that if we were born with more than 1 brain we will have a disease or something that is not good. We can also die when we were born or we can be disable. People can't breathe without a head but chicken can like without a head. If we are right brained we can change to left brained if we train our brain to left brain it will slowly change to left brain.

She also taught us how to ask good questions. She also let us write good question that we want to know about memory, then she ask us what is our questions. When we are finished ,we get to go research about memory in our class with our groups. I researched a lot of information about the memory.

Today I learned about growth mindset and fixed mindset. Growth mindset is, if their are something that we can't and we try and challenge our self, fixed mindset is, if something we can't do and we don't try we can't do it. example: I can't swim and I try is growth mindset, and if i don't try it is fixed mindset. I could be a growth mindset by trying new things and be a risk taker. I will try to be a growth mindset person.

Today I learned a lot of things about memory. We work in groups of 3 and we researched a lot of things about memory. everyone need to have their own question. when we finish researched about memories , we present our information that we found. I work with Rose and Book. Our group made a Powtoon. My question is how does sleeping affect to our memory. The answer is if we sleep a lot we will have a healthy brain and we would remember lots of things. We also researched about what part of our brain keeps our memory. The answer is the Frontal lobe. Other people's presentation let me learn a lot of things that I never know about the brain. It was very fun.
