Yes I achieved my goal.

2. What excuses or barriers did you have to overcome through this process? Explain.
The only barriers I had were having time from after school to spend time with him because half of the time I would either fall asleep once I get home or He's with his dad.

3. Rate your overall effort during this SMART goal process on a scale on 1-10. 1=very little effort - 10=I really did my best and stayed on track.
I'll rate my overall effort to achieve my goal is a solid 7.

4. Will you continue this lifestyle change? Why or why not?
