The purpose of this was to bring awareness to race and diversity issues in their schools and how people should not have racial stereotypes. Within this gathering, students are having discussions and are being proactive about preventing racism and prejudice in their schools.

Although Glen felt sad to see many dogs and cats being abandoned, he also saw many animals being adopted, which gave him hope. This gave him the idea to create Woofin' and Hoofin', a charity build around a fundraising race.
