EASY OF USE OF TEACHER: As we mentioned before, we are already in the virtual era, so that teachers are encouraged to use these virtual tools in the easiest way
EASY OF USE FOR STUDENTS: H5p and Liveworksheets are a free and open interactive content creation platform, with all the advantages provided by free software in education, expanding the learning possibilities of our students.
ACCESABILITY: These virtual tools are made mostly with JavaScript code in order to integrate it with new platforms so, in addition to carrying out activities and interactive content on the same H5p platform, we can integrate it with a plugin in our Moodle, WordPress or Drupal. In case we have any doubts, it is useful to highlight that it has a fairly agile and efficient user forum. Ultimately, the tool empowers everyone to create, share, and reuse interactive content with ease.
CHALLENGES: The BLENDING EDUCATION about Microlearning allows teachers to select individual, self-grading lessons and add them to their courses in their LMS as new grade center ítems, teachers and students can use H5P and Liveworksheets to improve their knowledgements.
SUITABILITY: These two APPS H5P and Liveworksheets can be used in any type of class since they are current technological tools that serve to develop the academic competencies of both teachers and students.
FUNCTIONALITY: The incorporation of ICT in the teaching - learning processes, especially H5P and Liveworksheets, have proven to be effective, promoting participation and collaboration in class by students. Likewise, the inclusion of different technological tools by teachers, have led to the acquisition of new knowledge in student populations. Having teachers with skills to handle ICT is of utmost importance for the correct implementation of these in distance education.
USAGE-SKILLS: Using these tools can funnily assess students. Teachers can imply all the skills inside one activity. It means that we can use videos to complete sentences or listening to fill in the blanks. It all depends on the teachers' creativity.
FACILITATION: These tools encourage students to learn naturally in a context. Since they do feel the pressure that someone is testing them. Furthermore, these activities are online students can review the grammar focus before doing it.
