I chose this video because it talks about something almost every student ever has or will go through multiple times, test anxiety. We hear the three most common reasons why students get stressed before a test, fear of the unknown, fear of inadequacy and fear of the stakes. We learn that the way to get over the first one is by mocking the test environment so it's like you've already completed the test. The way to overcome the second one is simply by treating that semester like it's your training time. Treat it like a marathon, not a sprint and make sure your actively using your brain and pulling out the information you're learning over and over again. The last one is very important, you need to understand that a test and grades will never define you. If you're focusing on building your relationships and following what makes you happy then your still on a good path. Grades ARE NOT EVERYTHING! I liked that this video broke down how to overcome each fear with specific actions, makes it simple and easy to understand for everyone and there's also an easy flow of the video. Like a calm vibe that itself helps calms students down as they hear what they need to do.

I chose this video because I am almost always overwhelmed between all my responsibilities. I try to do at least one to two productive things everyday just to be able to say I did something useful that day. In this video we go over three steps to getting your healthy life style back. The first is to stop sprinting in your life none stop. It's okay to sprint for a little bit to be able to reach your goal but after you did you need to slow down again and get back to your regular routine. Which brings us to step number two. Don't let your routines fall between the cracks. Make sure you stick to them so you still have time to do the things that are good for your happiness and your body. And lastly, make a list of your priorities and learn to say no. As you progress in life, more and more opportunities will present itself but you will burn out if you say yes to every single one. It's simply too much. I really liked this video because I relate to it the most.

I chose this video because I myself struggle with not procrastinating. He explains that motivation is hurt the most by our impulses. Everything that we'd rather be doing then whatever assignment we have serves as a distraction. We get motivation from thinking about the reward but also the consequences. But when the consequences aren't that high, neither is our motivation. Which just makes the hole we're already in deeper and deeper. People also like to use the excuse that they just can't get themselves to do the work but in reality, they just aren't willing to lay the groundwork and create the systems they need to set them on the right path.
