2) Kipling is a pro-imperialist. He is not correct when he describes the imperialized people as "Half devil and half child". 
3) I do not agree with Kipling views of imperialsm because he is very racist and not open to actually understand the countries America imperialized and the people in it.
4) To Kipling, "The White Man's Burden" was to say how the United States should work hard to help others.
