The Colonial Administrators were leaders in different bases and got their orders from King Leopold II. They then gave their orders to the force publique and carried them out. They drank lots of wine every day and stood by while innocent people were murdered. They were also all old, white men which meant that they had tunnel vision and were blind to what they were doing.

The Colonial Administrators are responsible for the murder of millions of innocent Congolese people because they followed King Leopold II’s orders without question while children were being mutilated, murdered, and traumatized. Very few of you spoke out and told the truth about what was happening in the Free State of Congo and about what the King was really like, but those people are not here today. Right now, I am talking about the true murders; the people who enjoyed killing the Congolese because they were less than you, the people who displayed severed human skulls in their Gardens. The people who took women and children hostage for more rubber, RUBBER! The people who cut off the limbs of children and took their fathers for the force Publiquic and then burned down their villages, and then acted like their job was the hard one and then drowned themselves in wine.

You could have stopped all of those people from being murdered with a single word to the government and you had known this, but you did nothing because you wanted the money that came from being in charge of slaves and you wanted to have power over the people. You did not care that your need for money would change the course of how much money the Congo would make and also the history that would become a well-known fact in the future.

As you know some adults drink alcohol when their lives are stressful, and these men were drinking lots of wine every single day while they were in Congo, they knew that what they were doing was bad, so they were drinking wine to make their lives easier because they knew that they were responsible for the deaths of thousands and even more loss and mutilation and they felt guilty so they drank wine to drown those feelings.

That shows that some of you (who weren’t drowning in wine) were brutal and ruthlessly murdered the Congolese and enjoyed it. Only a truly deranged person would have real human skulls in their garden. Rom probably murdered those people himself and then cut off their heads and left them in the garden to rot, and he got away with it.
