First day such a exciting day for me. My father sent me at 7a.m. Actually, the restaurant is opened at 6.30 a.m but I came late for 30 minutes. It is because Kak Nor which is my boss told it so.

Honestly, I'm very shy with the new environment but I try my best to adapt it. I introduced myself to all employee and then my boss give a little bit of brief about the works.
My work is making and helping the old employees become easy. For example, preparing the ingredients and making a drink.

Yesterday was off day. It is because every weekend the restaurant is closed.
Today, my work is preparing ingredients for cooking. For example, preparing a carrot, onion and potatoes. I hope I can do more interesting work for the next day. hehe

Early morning, Cik Min taught me to fry a dried coconut. The coconut will become a kerisik and I don't know what we call kerisik in English.. hehe and the kerisik is very importance for curry, Asam pedas and so on. Today is a chilled day . It is because my boss bring me to the market(Family Store) Bachang, Melaka . The market is 14km from the restaurant, it quite far but the place is good. It have variety of thing that we need.
