I learnt more on strategies used in dealing with children having challenging behaviors, what props i can use to help them and to think things in their perspectives in their misbehaviors. I also learnt more on the characteristics of children born special and their possible strengths and weaknesses. In the teaching subject i took this sem, i learnt the important aspects to include in teaching particular subjects to children, on how to teach them and things to look out for. I also learnt the significance of different kinds of play activities to children and how important it is in their lives. 
2. I faced many challenges this semester, most of them on my assignments with unwanted chaos, but nonetheless  I am grateful that everything is settled and the work got on well.
3. I will be more organized and made sure group work is well-discussed with the teammates on assignments next semester. I will also be more disciplined and remember to schedule work as soon as the assignments are given and not wait until the deadline comes==

Throughout this semester, I learnt a lot about children while conducting assignments at a preschool. I have encountered different children with different personalities. I knew more about them while interviewing the teachers and observing them in the class. The subjects that I took helped me to gain experiences and knowledge about different kinds of children's behaviors and activities that help children in their growth development. My lecturers' had helped me in my studies and I learnt a lot from them. 
2. The challenges that I met are quite surprising but good experiences for me. I had some issues  while doing my assignments. Fortunately, everything went well and I'm relieved. 
3. I will make sure to organize my time well to complete my assignments earlier before the deadline. Try my best to follow my timetable so that i can balance my time well.

I would also put more effort on doing the homework given because it helps me to gain more knowledge. Lecturers' advice and support influence me the most. They always do their very best to guide me through the whole semester. I also have my senior's support. I'm grateful to them.
