Relationships are influenced by a series of characteristics of relationships. “Compatibility... Communication... Honesty... Forgiveness... People with the same attitude, aims, and thought processes have very little problems carrying their relationship to the next level. Communication is a key factor in a healthy relationship. “Individuals need to communicate with each other effectively for better understanding” (Excerpt From: “Growth and Development” v1.0. iBooks). Honesty is very important. Both people in a relationship should be transparent, for every problem there is has a solution. Forgiveness can end all arguments. “Do not drag issues unnecessarily. My grandmother was 21 and my grandfather was 23 at the time of their marriage. My grandparents communicated very efficiently. They would always talk things over and have a discussion before they planned to to something. When they made a decision, they would usually present their agreement as a team. My grandparents would rarely be apart, they spent almost all of their time together for their 58 years of marriage until my grandfather passed away in 2015 at the age of 81. My grandparents were very compatible, they agreed on almost everything. One major thing that they both agreed on was how to raise their six children.
