         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stage 1- I plan to utilize an ice breaker exercise in the first group meeting, have an open discussion about ground rules and boundaries that each member would like to establish.<br>Stage 2 - To check on progress weekly we will have discussions over the group topic and utilize activates to show understandings and that members are meeting the objectives of the group.<br>Stage 3 - At meeting before last we will discuss how we feel about the group coming to a close, and the importance of confidentiality. In the final meeting we will start with the post group survey and go over are confidence levels after the group.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Participative leaders encourage group members to participate, but retain the final say in the decision-making process. Group members feel engaged in the process and are more motivated and creative (MSEd, 2023). Participative or democratic leadership is the style I would use to facilitate this group. Giving members the autonomy to make decisions for the group will help build their confidence and help meet are objectives for the group.</div>]]></description>
