Why is the name "TENANAN CATERING"? This is because "TENANAN" which means "try hard or try the best" in Javanese language. "TENANAN CATERING" is divided into several divisions, canteens, catering and stalls. However, I have chosen canteen as a place for the SIEP training for 10 days. Among the activities that I did on the first day were:

*Arrange plates, bowls, spoons and so on.

*Put water and mineral water in containers for sale.

*Cut the cucumber, egg and put the beans into the container for Nasi Lemak.

*Wiping dirty teacher desk.

*Lifting dirty dishes and cups into the sink.

*Washing dishes and dirty cups and wiping them so they do not get wet.

*Helping to sell food and drink to students during breaks like nasi lemak, chicken rice, cakes and so on.

*Sweeping and mopping the floor after business has been completed.

For my first day, I'm working about 7.15 a.m - 5.00 p.m which is full day on that day.
