A nivel de la articulación escapulo humoral, la izquierda tambien se halla más elevada. A nivel del tren inferior presenta un ligero valgo de rodilla y pies planos, pero reactivos.
Debido a estas dismetrias se producen acortamientos musculares y lesiones, como el acortamiento de los isquiotibiales y los numerosos esguinces de tobillo.

Con rodillas flexionadas juntamos los tobillos y a simple vista observamos las alturas de ambas rodillas y si coinciden. Acto seguido estiramos y observamos de nuevo la altura de los tobillos y rodillas. En nuestro sujeto detectamos una pierna más larga que la otra (1 cm). 
Con rodillas flexionadas le pedimos que realice un abdominal para activar la musculatura y al finalizar volvemos a estirar sus extremidades y valoramos de nuevo. Observamos que la musculatura no incide en esta dismetría, es real pero mínima, por lo que no debería ser patológico.

Con esto observamos a simple vista como se comporta su rodilla y tibia y observamos que la tibia se ladea hacia el exterior lo que nos indica una deficiencia del tensor de la fascia lata. La extensión de cadera es correcta por lo que la musculatura anterior (cuadriceps) esta correctamente.
