         <description><![CDATA[<div>Legalization of Marijuana would be a boom to the economy by bringing in more tourist, and improve the lives of Americans everyday.&nbsp; Congress should reschedule marijuana under the CSA (Controlled Substances Act) to solve this issue. By doing so Marijuana would not be scheduled as a high abuse drug, therefore there wouldn't be an issue of Federalism. </div>]]></description>
