Through the years that I've trained under your supervision, the number of mistakes I must have made & the growth that I've seen in myself from an Intern to a trainee & now working as Counselling Psychologist for 2.5 years, I couldn't have asked for a better mentor & a friend! (One tight hug & can't wait to see you!)

When I reached out to you, I was in a tough space and never expected to get hired. I lacked confidence in taking sessions, but your words, "Just be yourself and you will find the flow in your sessions," stuck with me. I live by that advice to this day, and I believe I've found my groove. Thank you for trusting and believing in me, and for giving me a place in this beautiful community.

Without Aaveg, I wouldn't be who I am today. You gave me something I had been searching for, even when I couldn't pinpoint it myself. Aaveg is like our baby, a place where I can truly be "Just Me." It has taught me to be a confident therapist, something I say with pride. It took me four years to reach this point, and I never thought I had it in me. My success and confidence today are because of what Aaveg has given me.

Aaveg's values have built us into stronger, more resilient individuals. I have the confidence to take on any client because I know Aaveg accepts me and will support me through any roadblocks. This space has always been welcoming and supportive, and I owe my mindset to that.

This past year has been incredibly special and dear to me. Thank you, Radhika, for everything. You are an incredible boss and an even better friend. We are blessed to have someone like you to rely on.

So now I can say, I have found my right pair of underwear 🤭—my go-to Aaveg

It gives me so much joy to write this message for you and for aaveg. We have come such a long long way. From seeing you ace the "class rep" role to see you build a platform that has such a wonderful vision, the two of us have grown up a little!

When I saw you the first time on that tiny screen back at college, I knew that I needed to reach out to you. Can't tell you how upset I was that you weren't my designated Senior buddy! :(

But (and in the words of my fav, Taylor Swift) all's well that end's well to end up with you 💛 Looking back I know that we didn't just become friends like that. I believe so much in purpose and knowing that we're living a very full circle moment right now, which makes me feel like that purpose has come true!

You have taught me so much. You have also been very open to learning. When you promoted me, half of my heart was so worried on whether you'd be comfortable with taking my feedback. But I respect you for learning how to lean on those you trust. You have taught me that good leaders are those who care and learn.

I'm so proud to work and be associated with aaveg! I wouldn't have it any other way. Seeing you flourish and make a name for yourself helps so many of us believe that, as women, there's nothing we can't do/achieve.

I can't wait for life to serve you with more kindness and love! Know that you/your work is witnessed and loved.

I still remember the first time that I had a one on one interaction with you and I was so scared of you xD but you made me feel so comfortable it didn’t feel like I’m speaking to someone senior than me. You’re just too funny!! Please never stop being the way that you are (not that you will, I am sure of it).

Aaveg is my first job, my first steps in this field and so much more that words can’t tell! Only because you trusted in me than I could’ve trusted in myself when I was just starting out. This space has been nothing but only a motivator for me where I have learned so so much. I’m so glad I didn’t start out anywhere else and learned about the right things to do through Aaveg. I look up to you and your practice and I am still amazed by the fact that I get to grown more with each passing day. Mental health organisations are good because of people like you!

It has been nothing but a safe space for my growth and mental health :,) and it wouldn’t have been possible if you weren’t so kind. I genuinely thankyou for everything that you do for us and for who you are.

I only wish you get whatever you set your heart to. This is just the beginning of so many wonders you will be creating!

As someone who was introduced to you & your work through the sessions that you conducted to being able to collaborate with you in different capacities, it was such a happy feeling to see Aaveg all over your stories. From the get go there seemed to be this implicit belief that Aaveg would be a place where I'd like to gently push people towards. It just felt like all the things that you stand for- be it ethics, good work or mentorship, would reach so many people now in an authentic manner :')  

Super super proud of the place that you have created not just for your team, but for all of us! Here's a big thank you and hoping for lots of opportunities to work together, try new things out & do some kickass work.
