For example, how to use different words and sentences to share your knowledge and deliver your message in a clear understandable way to others.  People can communicate verbally with each other in so many different ways. For example, intrapersonal communication is how to connect our thoughts and to come up with an idea that we can use and apply in our lives and this helps build confidence and be creative. On the other hand, overthinking leads to making bad decisions that could create problems. The second type is interpersonal communication is how to make contact with other people around us who come from different environments.  In small group communication, each participant will have the opportunity to share their thoughts with everyone and have an active role in this interaction. Also, they usually have one purpose or a specific subject that they want to discuss. Communicating with the public is not an easy task to do because in that case, we will be dealing with people who come from a different environment and have different levels of understanding. A public speaker should be able to make eye contact with everyone in the room, show confidence, and properly use body language. 

Overall communication require preparation with a good background of the topic, experience, have good listening skills, how to receive information, how to present and delivers different ideas, being capable to attract the audience attention and never lose their focus, make them believe in your message, be open-minded, present information in a simple way where everyone can understand it, and ability to understand others and that helps to build a successful communicator.

It is very important to have a well-organized context to help the audience to understand the topic, and using different equipment during a presentation that helps in clarifying the presented information. A presenter should be well prepared, wearing appropriate clothes, use a hearable voice, engage with the audience and create an active environment, use easy language so everyone can understand what they mean especially if speaking in a foreign language and hear other people’s opinions and comments. Smiling is necessary like they say a smile can take miles. 

Everyone gets nervous at the beginning of a presentation or when speaking in public. Some people start to panic when they first start but after few seconds, they get over it while others keep panicking till the end and they cannot get over it. In my opinion, the best way to overcome panicking is by practicing at home several times, being well prepared and have complete knowledge of the presented subject, always remember to relax and remind ourselves that we can do it. Believing in ourselves is the most important thing to overcome panicking and keep reminding yourself that you can achieve anything you want just put your mind to it. Because nothing is impossible if you do your best to accomplish it.

But all taught us how to be successful in life, being a great leader, and achieve bigger things. Due to the environment that we work in being emotionally intelligent is an important factor for each individual to have. Because it is necessary for our daily lives it helps us to communicate and understand others easily. Be able to control our feelings and never mix our problems with work. Having the ability to speak in a way that draws people's attention, make them listen to what you have to say to the end of your speech, and convince them of your message. As we all know nowadays group work is everywhere and each group needs a leader who can be humble and don’t care about titles or social level but only focus on how to create a welcoming environment where no one feels like an outsider. To be successful whether at work or in your life we must push ourselves to do our best and not just by working hard just to finish our work or because we have to do it because that is what the job is asking us to do. But work with passion work in a way that makes you feel good about yourself and put your focus and energy into your work because you want to not because you have to. Being confident makes things go smoothly in your life, individuals will always take their strength from confident people and consider them as a role models. 
A good leader is a person who trains their group, motivate, respect, and care for the group's interest. Those qualities are what people look for in a person to lead them to the top. A bad leader is a person who bosses people around, caring about self-interest, and takes advantage of other people to do their work is not preferred in a team leader.

Universities should focus on this area because it benefits the student’s future after they finish their studies and help them to secure a suitable job. Educational institutes should build the needed skills and competencies that are needed in an occupation that is related to their field. In our country, we can see that universities don’t pay much attention to this factor because students who graduate always say they don’t remember what they learned or whatever knowledge they earned from college didn’t benefit them in the market area. 

Being an entrepreneur and applying it to the fields of education plays an important role in improving students’ futures. A successful entrepreneur needs to be a creative search for new ideas that are needed in the market, how to plan an idea and promote it, being prepared if a problem came up, have strong communication skills because work is all about communicating with others, and always think out of the box with an open mind. Everyone must be patient during their work-life because no one can reach their goal easily they will face so many obstacles. So, we should focus on our goal, making different decisions that could be beneficial, and take as many risks as needed to reach and apply our goal.

But in my opinion, being successful depends on you and only you may be having the mentioned above may help but, in the end, everything is up to you. Many people refuse to use their family money to contacts to build a business. Instead of wasting their time and energy on talking to people to help them they plan and organize their thoughts to start their project the right way depending on themselves than others. Age is not important some build themselves young but died poor, others build an empire in old age. In the end, those things don’t matter what matters is you and your choices.

The entrepreneurship framework begins with having an idea that can be applicable and can benefit the community and this is conducted by doing research and collecting information on the chosen idea. Making sure what the customer needs because, in the end, all the products in the market depend on it. Choosing something that is not found everywhere. Know the location of the products where can be sealed more and chose a place where competition is less. Designing a product that catches the customer's attention. Using materials that are available and nontoxic. Each product must have a good logo, be approved internationally, have an instruction manual if needed, and other points that were mentioned during the lecture that I don’t want to repeat.

Because day by day students are choosing private universities because they offer so many things that help students in their educational life and career. While some other privet cares about the number of students they receive every year because that will raise the profit of the university. On the other hand with the high amount of money that is taken from the students they don’t offer the needed quality of learning to their students. Some universities attracted students by deceiving them with unreal advertising.

Human capital measures the Knowledge, skill, and competence of different people besides their experience. Having people with such knowledge and expertise leads to improve the organization level and increasing their income. Some companies don’t care about these skills some of them depend on looks or sometimes they hire their relatives or friends even if they don’t have what it takes to fill the position. 
Relational capital refers to the communication and relation between an organization and the staff or customers and how to use the employer's expertise to provide the best service to the customer. To have a clear idea of the situation of the customer satisfaction feedback must be provided from the customer to know their positive and negative points. Knowing the customer's unsatisfactory help in improving it in the future. 
Structural capital depends on the plan and system that is used to monitor an organization or university. With the use of different sources for monitoring for example document files, researches, different used strategies, and different information that are available.
