Assalamualaikum, today was my first of doing SIEP at Kulimcupcake. really excited cause it is my second time as a part time baker this baking studio. I have been informed that a lot of task need to be completed before this 18 August 2018. My task for today just cleaning up all the item that used and clean the studio. and my second day just started with the task that I need to clean the studio frst before start the work. and it need to do everyday. As usual I have been informed about the task that need to completed last night through Whatapps application. Yesterday, I have finish bake all the Chocolate cake and today I have to crumb coat a cake which is using the buttercream that have been prepare early by the staff. I have enjoy cause I really the deco session. today I have been informed that need to continue to finished the cupacke that have been ordered by the Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah KUlim and Proton Kulim.. the total of the cupcake is 200 Chocolate cupcake. 
I really enjoyed doing the task. And today the boss told me that after finished baked the cupcake, I need to serve the customer that dine in the studio. today my job is just need to clean the freezer and arrange the cake into proper place. I also need to promote the slice and if the customer come to the studio I Have to serve them. today was friday and the studio only open after 2pm. I have informed that need to complete the fondant decoration for cupcake  dulang hantaran. The theme for the fondant is bride and groom. I really love to deco the cake using fondant and feel like playing 'play doh' :) hahaha

My task for today just decorate the replica of cake for the front area in the studio. after that, I have just need to prepare the ttier plate for wedding cake taht need to use today. and my  task for today just need to clean the kitchen area and serve the customer that want to pickup the cake by today. This is because my boss need to delivery the wedding to Padang serai, Bertam.

usually the studio are closed in sunday but this week the studio are open as usual because we need to complete all the order on 22 august. As I have finished all my task yesterday,  today I just need to focus on the fondant decoration for the Makeup Theme Cake. And today was my last day of SIEP at the KulimCupcake. The boss informed me yesterday that dont have any task that need to completed by me but I have to make bird fondant deco and want it to be same as the original.. heee I take it as challenges and I can completed it only in 1 hour .. hahahaha.. I really enjoyed.. so, sir the left picture are the original and the right are fondant that made by me.. same right ? 
and... last.. sorry sir I dont have time to take a picture with my boss because she need to rush the hospital because her family sibling are admitted this morning..
