He was known with his success in the 1991 German Open Tournament and with his degree at the Istanbul Pilsen Grand Prix. In 1992, he won the World 3 Band Billiards champion Raymond Ceulemans 3-0 at the Berlin World Championship in Germany. In 1993, he reached the sixth place in the World Class in Berlin.

Semih SAYGINER won the first World Cup in 1994 at the Gent World Championship in Belgium. With this success, he rose to third place in the World Class and set two world records. Then again, these records are broken again; 1994 - 45 points 11 strokes - 4.090 average (Set of 3), 1994 - 50 points 14 strokes - 3.571 average (Set of 3).

In 1994, he was transferred to the League of Dutch Teams, which is known as the most important league in the world. In 1998, he finished 1st in the World Billiards Championship held in Antalya-Kemer (3 bands) and defeated the Dutch player Cerwin Walentijn. In 2003 in Mönchengladbach in Germany-World Billiards Championship with Team Typhoon Taşdemir'l team finals by beating the Greek championship he brought to Turkey.

Turkey SAYGINER 25 times Grand Prix champion, was 14 times champion in Turkey 3 bands. Carom Champion 10 times, while Turkey, Cadre 47/2 and a once caught the Turkey Championship success in one band.

He was deemed worthy of the athlete of the year award from various media. He was the captain of the FC Porto Billiards Team in the Portuguese League for three years.

In 2009, the world's largest cue producer, Italian Longoni, produced the world's most expensive serial production bins for sale all over the world in the name of Semih SAYGINER.

In the World Billiards community, there are 42 special strokes, which are called “Mr.Magic geçmiş and bil The Turkish Prince Dünya.

He is invited to lecture at universities and special events and speaks many languages.
