These are the questions:

1. What is the cause of self-consciousness?

2. Why are animals free from it?

3. What is your observation regarding self-consciousness in children?

4. Why are you free from it under the stress of unusual excitement?

5. How does moderate excitement affect you?

6. What are the two fundamental requisites for the acquiring of self-confidence? Which is the more important?

7. What effect does confidence on the part of the speaker have on the audience?

8. Write out a two-minute speech on "Confidence and Cowardice."

9. What effect do habits of thought have on confidence? In this connection read the chapter on "Right Thinking and Personality."

10. Write out very briefly any experience you may have had involving the teachings of this chapter.

11. Give a three-minute talk on "Stage-Fright," including a (kindly) imitation of two or more victims.

I would like you to think about some responses that you think would be possible to these questions, and then:

Choose 2 to 3 questions from the list and make a short video to show your perspectives about them. Durations may vary, but make sure it's short (around 1-2 minutes is enough)

Practice speaking your introduction and highlight a few points of how you wish to deliver it.

For example:

greeting audience -> tell a (personal/fictional) story -> getting into the topic -> introduce the speech goal

Supply a video featuring your speech introduction on this section (duration: 1-2 minutes)

along with your introduction delivery plan (in keypoints and arrow like the example above).

Let's say that you are doing an informative speech, so this is the part you need to make sure that the speech you deliver actually informs your audience about your topic(s).

Here's a few points to be considered when preparing your speech:

1. Prepare your ideas in points, including main points and a few supporting points. Use "signpost" to help you arrange the ideas.

2. Limit your discussion. For a short speech, 3 points are quite fine. For longer speech, you might need to include more points. Keeping audience engaged with a lot of information about few points is much better than presenting too many points, but not being able to explain about them.

3. Stick to one type of organization:

   Chronological / Temporal

   Cause - Effect

   Topical

   Comparison and Contrast

4. Use a variation of gestures, vocal manipulations, and keep eye contact
