My name is Erika Mae Rodriguez. Students call me Ms. Erika. 
I will be teaching English for Year 7 this Academic Year 2021- 2022. Some students are usually intrigued by my last name. The most common question I get is if I am from Spain. No, I am not. I am from the Philippines. I came all the way to China and then to Indonesia to become an English teacher. 

I have been teaching English for 13 years. I teach Grammar and Literature. Between the two, I love Literature better. Literature has more freedom compared to Grammar that's restricted by rules. 

Aside from teaching, students tend to get surprised when they find out that I do actually have a hobby. If I will ask students to guess my hobby, they will say reading. Well, that is true. I do love reading. I could go on and on and ignore my surroundings when I read. Aside from reading, I do have other "fun" hobbies. I like building Lego. It's my stress reliever. Seeing those tiny blocks come together makes me happy. As of now, I am trying different things too. Being quarantined for months made me learn new skills such as baking and basic gardening. I baked some cakes and cookies and I am trying to grow a few succulents. 

To my students, I hope that somehow you'll have an idea who I am and I hope to know you better too.

My name is Sean Levi Danuseputra, I was born on the 9th of September 2009. I live at Permata Mediterranea. I am the first born child, with 1 little brother, Rayn, who is now in 5th grade. 

The Covid-19 pandemic hit Indonesia and everyone was forced to do a mandatory quarantine. People started to get bored with this new lifestyle of just staying at home, studying from home, working from home. Bottom line, we are all stuck at home. Therefore, people started posting about their new hobbies on social media apps such as Instagram, Facebook, and now Tiktok. As for me, finding a new hobby was difficult. I am an extroverted person so containing myself just in one place was the hardest challenge so far. 

This is when my dad bought a basketball. We went over to the local basketball court and started playing one on one. Slowly, my passion for basketball grew and grew. I started making new friends at the court and continued to develop my skill. I started to play almost every other day when it wasn't raining. When playing basketball, my physique grew and grew until I am now 170 cm tall now. 

My idol in sports is probably Kobe Bryant and Stephen Curry because they worked their hardest in order to become the star athletes we all know them as.

Another hobby of mine is also watching movies and animes. I love famous pop culture movies such as Harry Potter, Star Wars, and the MCU franchise. The anime I watch are mostly shounen anime such as Naruto, Hunter x Hunter or sports anime such as Haikyuu, Kuroko's basketball, and Slam Dunk. The arrowverse franchise is another famous tv universe that I watch on my downtime. It consists of the Flash, Supergirl, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, Batgirl, Black Lightning, and etc. 

Other than sports, I love gaming and started streaming Fortnite on Twitch and created an educational Youtube channel on famous history figures. However, that channel died due to the fact that I wanted to focus more on my studies.

I am so happy to introduce myself to you. People call me Hannah (obviously) but some people call me Park Hannah (which isn't really pleasant to hear). Yeah, my name is Park Hannah, though. My parents are both Korean and they gave birth to me here, on Indonesia. 

I grew on the condition of the Indonesians  so I am not so like a Korean. I can speak, write, and understand Korean like other Koreans do but it's just I don't look like Korean and yep. Many people know who my big brother is in Junior High because my name starts with Park. My brother is Juyong and he turned grade 10 this month. 

I started liking babies since when I was kindergarten so whenever I saw babies on a mall or somewhere, I went to see the baby or carry him/her. My parents were surprised that I like babies. As I got older and older, my hobby of looking and carrying babies turned to taking care of babies. I even took care of my baby niece last 3 years (now she turned about 4). Sometimes on my church, I also took care of a newborn baby after the chapel ended. Many people says taking care of babies are super hard because when they cry we cannot know if he/she is hungry or sleepy. But, despite all those risks, I still LOVE SO MUCH to taking care of them. Now, I am planning to help taking care of babies out there on orphanage without parents when corona gets better. I also want to study about babies when I am attending college. But since I cannot really do anything with babies I am hearing to some stories from my parents when I was baby and tips for taking care and also looking at albums with them. I also like it when my mom and dad is laughing happily because it also makes me laugh and smile and also feel relieved that they are happy. 

My favorite food is my mom's homemade cooking. To be detail, I love asparagus crab meat soup and also french fries. My favorite drink is soft drinks and cold water. My favorite dessert is ice cream and cotton candy. My favorite ice cream flavor is coffee and mint chocolate chip. 

My best friends are Tiffany, Andrea, and Jessica.

I like playing basketball. Due to this pandemic however, I can't go out as often as I'm used. In fact, staying inside feels quite boring than what I expected which, is why I chose hybrid. I haven't really went out in a long time, so going to school is really the only way to not be stuck in my house. Since I'm stuck in my house I usually just play games and when I'm bored I just try to walk around the house for a bit, not for long but until I get bored. In this house is my family which has my dad, my mother,  my older sister, my older brother, and me, the youngest of everyone in the family. When I say youngest I mean, really young,  a huge age gap. Because of this, they always talk about business, and because of this I don't talk to them alot since I almost barely understand how it works most of the time.  Lets just move on to food, I like to eat alot of things like pizza sushi, fried rice, almost any type of noodles and alot of other things, just a small amount though. In fact, whenever I eat, I usually leave a small portion of food left even though nobody else is still hungry. It seems to happen almost most of the time as well. I still don't quite understand it. I am very happy when I get food, I am not a picky eater so I can go with any food most of the time, but my favorite food are Japanese food and Chinese food. My favorite food flavor is matcha, I am never upset when eating matcha-flavored food. Sometimes in my free time I call with my friends and play Minecraft together too. I also play Zepeto, so if you play Minecraft or Zepeto let's be friends and add each other.

I enjoy collecting stuffed animals and K-pop albums. Some K-pop groups I stan are Blackpink, Red Velvet, Itzy, Stray Kids, and much more. (If you have interest in K-pop / K-drama too, let's be friends!) I really like Sanrio characters these days, especially Pom Pompurin and Cinnamoroll. How I show affection to people I am close to is giving gifts to them, sometimes I send what I bake to them. Some things I am currently looking forward to are being able to do well in graphic design, improving my digital arts + editing, and being able to play guitar as a hobby.

 I love to uhhh bake and sometimes do like art. I really enjoy making clay things with air dry clay except the fact that it takes so long to dry and paint.
