- Teachers' prior knowledge and experience can be a huge barrier when having to let go on class and content control. 
- Another barrier can be students. Learners that are used to have everything broken down into to chunks of knowledge can sometimes feel that a Facilitator of learning is actually a teacher who doesn't want to do his or her "job".
What would you need to do to mentally prepare yourself to be both teacher and facilitator? 
- I would need to understand that my students have different needs on different teaching moments. I would have to accept that I'm also in a continuous process of learning. The greatest example of this is the fact that hard skills are the ones being done by machines and not humans anymore. In the same way, a teacher is doom to be replaced by a machine or another human who is actually able to work on learners' soft skills. 

Teachers provide contents, so does the internet, books and videos. Facilitators of learning build relationships, assess students on different angles, plan withing students' needs, and encourage students' creativity and initiative.
