    6. Teens spread word to other teens. Reach one successfully and they'll recruit their friends

    ENGAGEMENT
    1. Have a rep from each group meet together as a Coalition for ongoing discussion
    2. Selling it to the parents 
    3. It's ok to come back if you've not been active in that organization. They're still wanted!
    4. 12th grade very different than 6th graders. Age specific programs
    5. Understand the motives of teens. Why would a teen want my service? Why would they seek out my service from a teen perspective?
    6. Needs assessment, teens were willing to share. Bullying is a big issue.
