-It is very important to have both introverted and extroverted kind of people in the team so they can complement each other and work better, and also mix men and women.
-It is not necessary to be physically together to make a good team, in fact virtual teams can be more effective than "co-located" teams.
-It si better to have girls and boys on a team, since they have different ways of thinking.
-Teams work better if they know each other and communicate outside work time.
