         <description><![CDATA[<div>For a healthy lifestyle, you should do exercise regularly, eat more fruits and vegetables and eat less junk food or procesed food. Staying hidrated is very important too. You also should consider drinking water instead of sugary drinks.<br><br>I usually go to the gym three times a week. At the weekend I go running or I go for a bike ride. <br><br>To get fit, you don´t need anything special. Doing exercise is free! You only have to follow a routine. <br><br>Finally, you can de-stress by meeting your friends instead of spending a lot of time in front of screens, and doing activities that you like. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For a healthy life style, a good diet and exercise are the key. We think that it's a good idea to have a mediterranean diet, with a lot of vegetables and fruit. Never eat fast food and avoid dairy products.<br><br>To get fit you must do some sport twice a week. You can choose between different types of sports: relaxing ones, like yoga or more active like extreme sports. Don't be lazy!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For a healthy lifestyle people should eat mediterranean food and should do exercise everyday.<br><br>We usually walk about 30 minutes a day but when the weather is awful we go to the gym. For this activity we need casual clothes and a good pair of trainers. It's very important to drink 2 litres of water a day.<br><br>We don't eat fast food and we shouldn't add too much saltt either. How we cook our food is also relevant. For instance, we boil or grill our food. <br><br>Follow this tips and your life will be happier and longer. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Two years ago I used to have a bad relationship with healthy food and exercise. I drank a lot of soda and alcohol. But six months ago I decided to change my lifestyle. <br><br>Nowadays, I don't have crazy foods like I used to and I follow a more balanced diet to keep in shape. <br><br>I'm a pretty nervous person but doing yoga helped me to de-stress. I usually practice it three times a week and I love it.<br><br> Sleeping well is really important so, to improve that, I listen to relaxing music before. It'll change your mood completely!  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The most important to have a healthy lifestyle is doing exercise and eating a balanced diet. <br>We recomend to do cardio exercise, for example walking around the park, swimming or riding a bike. But, if you want to have a better physical condition you can go to the gym or you can take part of a sport team.<br><br>So, remember yo shouldn´t eat junk food and  minimize fried food. If you want this to work it´s necessary to do this daily.<br><br>Finally, you must sleep 8 hours a day and this will help you to be less stressed.</div>]]></description>
