Import the Family Beach Fun Files
Create a sequence matching the files, but change the FPS to 30

Set In and Out Points
We want the first clip to start 1 and a half minutes in and finish just before mum comes into shot.

Second Shot should be 9 secs exactly. Select Ins and Outs to make a 9 sec selection somewhere in the middle of the whole clip.

The third shot should start about a second in, and finish just as the box swings out of shot, about 5 seconds in.

The whole sequence should be around 21 to 22 seconds length.

Use the slip tool to change the starting point and the end point of the middle clip, without affecting the clips on either side. Try to set the clip so that it both begins and ends with the boy on the ground.

Now take a screen pic of the last frame in the sequence, and add it to the very end of the sequence. Aim to make the length of the entire sequence 25 sec.

Finally add default transitions at the edit points between the 3 clips, and also at the end of the sequence so we fade out.

Now import the Ocean-Waves MP3 file and ass it to the sequence, trimming to a suitable length

Export the finish as H2.64, mp4 file
