Here you can find insects, monkeys, fruits, sand, herons, botanical gardens, butterflies, chocoyos, sun, beach, crystalline and healing water like the Ojo de Agua.

The Ojo de Agua is born in a natural way thanks to the Concepción Volcano and reaches a pool with a virgin ecosystem.
To get to Ometepe Island you can get there in two ways, the first is through Granada, there is a ferry that leaves on Mondays and Thursdays to the island, but it takes about 5 hours to get there. The other option which is faster is to go to San Jorge (Rivas) and take the ferry to the island which takes one hour to get there. Ferry fares may vary by season.

On this island usually prevails the typical food, such as gallopinto, whole egg, among others, its climate is very pleasant, it is not very hot unlike several of the departments of Nicaragua such as Leon, Managua and Granada.
