This diagram shows how cherry jam is made in a processing plant. There are 9 steps to produce cherry jam, beginning with collecting cherries from trees, transporting, processing, and cooking them, and ending with putting jam into jars. Firstly, to get the cherries, use a sheet to spread on the ground and then shake the tree. After that, the cherries are collected and transported to the processing plant. Next, the leaves and stems are removed from cherries, and they are washed carefully. When cherries are clean enough, the stone is taken out of the middle of the cherries. Then they are ready to be cooked, and I added some extra ingredients. Before the jam is put into jars, the quality of the jam is checked. Finally, a label is stuck on the jars.
