Extreme sports involve high levels of risk, deep waters, heights,  danger and speeds and are only performed under the supervision of a professional. These sports provide an unparalleled level of thrill and adrenaline rush. These extreme sports may be thrilling, but they are also dangerous. Extreme sports carry the risk of severe injury or even death. This , however, does not prevent its participants from embarking on an adventure.

 Finally, that is one-of-a-kind. Skateboarding, snowboarding, freestyle skiing, in-line roller-skating, street luge-ing, and mountain biking are the most commonly classified sports in this category.

    Among the benefits is that extreme sports can build a person's physical strength.  To be active in the sport, one needs to train hard to gain the necessary fitness.  Without the appropriate level of fitness, a person does not have the required endurance.

    In addition, extreme sports can also foster team spirit.  For example, mountaineering and cycling expeditions require careful planning as well as intact agreement to achieve their goals.  Without those values, surely a plan will fail.
