         <title>The Role of EY Educator</title>

They should be able to understand and give them voice and choice in their activities.&nbsp;<br>3. Educator should also observe how the child is communicating with other children and create a meaningful Agency.<br>4. Chances should be given to take risks&nbsp; showing their capabilities to people around them. Involve parents to show that inquiry is an important part of learning and things like going in rain, jumping in muddy puddles, making mess with colors is OK.<br>5. My take away is Benjamin's quote "We are not cute, We are capable". Early years children should not be seen as small cute children , but as capable young children who will conquer the future world with good nurturing and relationships.          <description><![CDATA[<div>A session which not only gave an insight to mindfulness but also gave us a practical feeling of why and how mindfulness works on the body and soul.&nbsp;<br>It helps in taking you from your current sense of mind into you consciousness and helping you relax to bring yourself to peace.&nbsp;<br>Being grateful to your surroundings and what we have is what touched me the most.&nbsp;<br>Ms. Sudha’s examples were not the only calming aspects of the session, it was also her voice modulation during the session to meet the need of the engagement. This shows how the pitch of the facilitators voice makes a big difference.&nbsp;<br>An important need of the moment, as in this day and age where we are moving with the fast flow, we need to stop, take a pause and slow down.&nbsp;<br>Marissa Davy Manavalan</div>]]></description>
