You will be very missed. You have worked so hard and balanced a marriage and raising a teenager on top of everything- pretty remarkable.

It's been such a joy to connect with you and wherever you go, they will be lucky to have you as part of their team. I hope your next season of life is filled with joy and fulfillment, and I hope I get to see you again at some point in the future.

Wow, you will be SO missed! I know you will do a fabulous job training your new replacement...and I know we will "be okay"...but please know, YOU are truly irreplaceable. You have been such a significant support to me since I arrived...you are so "on it", in every way, and I often feel there is very little I need to communicate by way of needs because you are just on the ball. You have just been a tremendous support and help to me. Thank you!
 I have also so cherished spending a bit more time together at the office, sharing meaningful conversations from time to time, venting frustrations, shedding some tears, and laughing together. It has been a gift to have you here and I wish you all the best in your relocation. I hope it's a peaceful transition...or as peaceful as this kind of thing can be haha.
