The reduced hair and denser limb bones make it easier for the organism to swim. As the Indohyus began to live in more aquatic environments, it adapted to the water to survive.</div>]]></description>

The water made the animal adapt so that it could catch prey easier.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Structure - The Ambulocetus has sharp teeth, fins, no hair, and five fingers on each claw.&nbsp;<br>Adaptation - The Ambulocetus began to live in the water so much that its body adapted toward the water to make it faster and more dangerous but still able to go on land. The fins and no hair allow it to move faster in the water and the sharp teeth and claws make claiming their prey easier. As the Ambulocetus began to live in the water so much, the water made it adapt so that it could live easier in the aquatic environment.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Structure - The Maiacetus has short legs, strong muscles, and a large length.&nbsp;<br>Adaptation - The Maiacetus was given shorter legs since it became more adept to the water and stronger muscles and a larger length for larger prey. Living in the water has affected the animal in a way that it's faster in water but slower on land.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Structure - The Dorudon's structure is now more built for water, the tail is a fin, instead of claws they turned into fins, and its pelvis is no longer connected to its vertebral column.&nbsp;<br>Adaptation - The Dorudon is now an animal that only goes above the water for air and can move much faster underwater since it gained fins. The Dorudon's environment became strictly water so it was forced to adapt to it and become more potent underwater.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

Continuing to live in an aquatic environment with fishes who could possibly outrun it, it became larger and quicker so that it could catch prey easier. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Structure - The whale is currently very similar to the Cetoterium, with a large body, strong fins, bulk filter feeding, and a lot of sharp teeth.&nbsp;<br>Adaptation - The only difference between the two is that the Balaenoptera has a larger body, and the current size of the whale is the largest it has ever been, and that's probably because of the amount of fish in the sea. The aquatic environment continues to change the whale and try to make it more sustainable for the water.&nbsp;<br>Hypothesis - My hypothesis is that in the future the whale will move to a different environment due to the possible change of climate. It will either adapt to this climate change by moving to somewhere with similar temperatures to where it used to live or its body will change and be able to sustain the climate. </div>]]></description>
