He is an English painter, Draftsman, Printmaker, Stage Designer and a Photographer! He is a very important person to the pop art culture of the 60s. He is also known and considered as the most influential British Artist of the 20th century. 
To create this artwork, I took nine pictures of just one specific area. I created an imaginary grid while looking through the camera. On photoshop I created a white template and then I dragged the pictures onto the white template.
