If there was someone with not an actual emergency going to A&E, while there was someone actually in a life saving emergency trying to get to an A&E, The NHS won't be able to get to the right emergency as they are being held up by people doing stupid A&E calls.
There was some good points about the video. If there was someone doing a hoax call, while there was someone actually in a life saving emergency the NHS won't be able to get to the life saving emergency as they are being held up by people doing hoax calls.
One of the good points about the video was about, how it shows the viewer that every 999 call is recored and if any hoax call happen the police will track back to the phone that they had use.

The best thing to do as a smoker is try and keep cigarette away from children as it will harm them the most.

The documentary make me think how many people have emergencies on a daily bases.

I got this purely as an example of how I could create an audio-book to help the NHS and maybe the public would like to listen to it instead of watching it.
