1) to give out citizenship to those who have been residents for over 5 years.
2) be less strict with who can visit Dubai (like give the visa with less paperwork)
3) have public schools with no uniform.
4) allow pets in malls, cafes. Etc.
5) reduce the amount of security guards everywhere.
6) have a child helpline.
7) let people without jobs live here (like let them find jobs in Dubai instead of having a company call them in)
8) extend the amount of days you can stay in Dubai to find a job if you get fired.
9) pay for medical checkups (because no one likes paying 50 dhs just to have the doctor say "your fine")
10) Be equal with all Dubai residents when it comes handing out fines. 
11) have free wifi everywhere (WIFI THAT ACTUALLY WORKS.)
12) The U.A.E should be more caring and flexible when it comes to stray animals.
