For this reason, I suppose that hiking is another of my favorite hobbies. Walking though the countryside helps me not only break my daily routine but also maintain a healthy physical and mental state. Hiking allows me to experience peace like nowhere else.

It provides a taste of the side of local life: cool stamps, venture into post offices (postmarks from around the world with the date). It helps you remember special details of a trip in a tangible way. In today´s digital world, having something you can hold in your hands imbues the object with meaning. Postcards always contain a few elements for consistency: the location (usually incorporated into the design of the postcard that captures the spirit of it), the dates of the visit, and a few standout activities from the trip. Sum it all up on a tiny square and send it off, like a Tweet, but no Wi-Fi required.
Postcards are always a fun surprise to find in your mailbox. 
Best of all, an heirloom to pass down.

I choose a random place, the maximum affordable budget, and varied filters matching the conditions my perfect house would have (garden, garage, etc.). I always find snags (maybe because I have to raise the budget) but, unlike Victoria Beckham, I do belong to the working class. This hobby is pointless as I’m not buying any house in the close future, but once you get bitten by the bug, you can't stop. Anyway, dreaming is free, and maybe in 10 years time one of these searches will be the definitive one.

I'm normally not really good at making digital art, but the lower resolution and thus lesser focus on tedious finer details via implied shading makes it much more comfortable to me than conventional digital art. An Escape Room is an excellent way to spend an hour of your life, if you manage to get out! 
I’ve traveled through Spain looking for different Escape Rooms. Moreover, I’ve been to one of the most awarded Escape Room in the world. 
Since travelling is not always an option, I’m keen on playing escape room board games too, as you can see in the picture.

Even when I do not have time for it (barely I do), I like preparing new menus to eat different frequently. Mexican or Asian tastes are my favorite ones to research for. Particularly, I got bitten by the bug of cooking seasonal meals. For instance, now I am preparing different desserts with pumpkin or apple. I can state that it is interesting, relaxing, and inspiring since I can use those recipes to surprise my guests on the next memorable occasions. I used to have a notebook with my mum's recipes. Now my TikTok app is bombarding me with so many ads regarding cooking. Although I must admit, not always the end is so tasty.

I also spend (or waste) a good amount of time researching about the gear I would need and looking for sites to buy it. Nothing can be compared to see a stage play and enjoying the spectacle. How astonishing a sight! It´s the best choice for those rainy and cold Saturday´s or Sunday’s evenings. You can feel free to imagine or fantasize thinking about that you can be a lady from the XVIIIIth century or a superwoman from the XXIst century. I really rejoice in attending a play since it is a chance to escape from everyday life stresses thanks to its cathartic effects as the Ancient Greek coined (the term “catharsis” as a powerful emotional release that, when successful, is accompanied by cognitive insight and positive change that gives relief from negative emotions). Looking back on time, some years ago, I set my heart on theatre realizing that seeing a stage play I would improve empathy, by immersing myself in the stories of others.
