         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>CAUCA CORN MASATO RECIPE</strong></div><div><strong>Ingredients</strong><br>500 g of lulo<br>500 g pineapple<br>500 g of ground white corn<br>500 g sugar<br>500 g of panela<br>1 sprig of lemongrass<br>1 sachet of cinnamon<br>1 sachet of cloves<br>4L of water<br><br><strong>PREPARATION</strong><br>1. Firstly, chop the lulos and the pineapple into squares, then put them to caramelize with the sugar and half of the envelope of cinnamon and cloves, over high heat for 15 minutes, then leave the mixture over low heat for 10 minutes more, turn off and let stand until cool.<br><br>2. After that, in a pot over high heat, put the 4 liters of water, the panela, the lemongrass branch, the orange leaves, the other half of the cloves and cinnamon, let it boil for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let it rest. until it is very cold.<br><br>3. last of all, blend the previously cooked ground corn with the rest of the ingredients in the flavored panela water.<br><br>4. Finally we serve with some ice cubes.</div>]]></description>
